Convenient Mobile Notary LLC provides mobile notary public services in Los Angeles County and select Orange County areas of California. Our notaries are commissioned by the State of California.

We are not a law firm. We do not provide legal advice, legal representation, document preparation, or document review of any kind. Nothing on this website constitutes legal advice.

Appointment Requests

Submitting an appointment request through our website does not constitute a confirmed appointment. All appointments must be confirmed directly by Convenient Mobile Notary LLC via phone or email.

Availability, meeting location, and all applicable fees — including travel fees — are subject to confirmation before any appointment is finalized. We reserve the right to decline any appointment request at our discretion.

Home and home office appointments are subject to notary approval based on safety and availability.

Fees and Pricing

The California statutory notarial fee is established by California law and applies to each notarized signature. Travel fees are separate from the statutory fee and vary depending on distance, appointment time, and location.

All fees will be disclosed and agreed upon before any appointment is confirmed. We do not charge hidden fees.

Signer Responsibilities

By requesting an appointment, you acknowledge and agree that:

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to our services shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific notarization service in question.
